基于壳聚糖澄清和正向渗透技术制备甘蔗浓缩汁的工艺研究
Study on the Process of Preparing Concentrated Sugarcane Juice Using Chitosan Clarification and Forward Osmosis Technology

Abstract
This study aimed to develop an efficient,low-energy,and clean production process for concentrated sugarcane juice.Chitosan was used as a clarifying agent to treat mixed sugarcane juice,and the clarification process parameters were optimized through single-factor and response surface methodology experiments.The clarified juice was then concentrated using forward osmosis(FO)membrane technology,and the concentration efficiencies of different draw solutions(NaCl,CaCl2,and sodium gluconate)were compared.The results showed that the optimal clarification conditions were as follows:chitosan solution pH of 3.60,water bath temperature of 53.0℃,and water bath time of 26 min.Under these conditions,the transmittance of the clarified sugarcane juice reached 82.47%with a turbidity of 64 NTU.In the forward osmosis concentration stage,CaCl2 as the draw solution provided the best performance,enabling rapid concentration of the sugarcane juice to 58.3 °Bx.The integrated process combining chitosan clarification and forward osmosis technology proved effective in producing high-concentration sugarcane juice,offering a potential energy-saving and environmentally friendly approach for the industry.关键词
