盐分对黄河三角洲乡土植物种子及幼苗生长的影响
Effects of Salinity on Seed and Seedling Growth of Native Plants in the Yellow River Delta

Abstract
To investigate the effects of salinity on seed germination and in situ vegetation restoration of native plants in the Yellow River Delta,four native plant species(Suaeda salsa,Sesbania cannabina,Atriplex centralasiatica,and Kochia sco-paria)were selected.Six salinity concentrations(0(ck),0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%,and 0.9%)were set to determine seed germination percentage,germination index,hypocotyl length,and recovery germination percentage,aiming to explore the effects of salinity on seed germination of native plants in the Yellow River Delta.The results showed that with increasing salinity concentration,the germination percentage,hypocotyl length,and germination index of S.salsa,S.cannabina,A.centralasiatica,and K.scoparia first increased and then decreased.At a salinity concentration of 0.3%,the germination percentage and germination index of S.salsa,S.cannabina,and K.scoparia reached their maximum.When the salinity concentration exceeded 0.5%,the germination percentage of S.cannabina,A.centralasiatica,and K.scoparia decreased significantly,indicating marked inhibition of germination.Recovery germination tests were conducted on seeds of S.can-nabina and A.centralasiatica treated with salinity above 0.5%,and the results showed that both the recovery germination percentage and hypocotyl length decreased with increasing original salinity concentration.关键词
