益智针刺联合多模态引导式教育对脑瘫患儿言语-人际交流的协同效应
Synergistic Effect of Yizhi Acupuncture Combined with Multimodal Guided Education on Verbal-Interpersonal Communication in Children with Cerebral Palsy

Abstract
Objective To observe the synergistic effect of Yizhi Acupuncture combined with multimodal guided education on verbal-interpersonal communication function in children with cerebral palsy(CP).Methods A total of 116 children definitively diagnosed with cerebral palsy and treated at the Pediatric Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected as study subjects.The children were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy.The observation group received Yizhi Acupuncture combined with multimodal guided education training in addition to the treatment given to the control group.The treatment lasted for 6 consecutive months.After 6 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of both groups was evaluated.Changes in the scores of the Sign-Significate(S-S)method for assessing children's language development delay before and after treatment,as well as the Gesell Developmental Schedules(Gesell)scores,were observed in both groups.Changes in the functional levels of the Fudan Chinese version of the Communication Function Classification System(CFCS)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results(1)During the study,3 children were lost to follow-up in the observation group and 3 in the control group.Finally,55 cases in the observation group and 55 cases in the control group were included in the efficacy analysis.(2)The total effective rate was 96.36%(53/55)in the observation group and 81.82%(45/55)in the control group.The efficacy of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the levels of language comprehension and language expression in children of both groups showed significant improvement(P<0.05).The improvement in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the language development quotient(DQ)and personal-social DQ in the Gesell developmental scores of children in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The improvement in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the communication function classification in children of both groups showed significant improvement(P<0.05).The improvement in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Yizhi Acupuncture combined with multimodal guided education in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy can significantly improve their language comprehension and expression abilities,enhance their verbal-interpersonal communication skills,and thereby improve their quality of life,demonstrating significant therapeutic efficacy.关键词
