盆底功能障碍性疾病术后中医分段治疗与康复的思路探微
Exploration of Postoperative Stage-Based Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment and Rehabilitation Strategies for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Abstract
Postoperative rehabilitation is crucial for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Based on the pathogenesis characteristics of postoperative PFD patients,this article explores the strategies of stage-based traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment and rehabilitation.For syndrome differentiation and treatment of postoperative PFD,three stages are proposed.The first stage(within 2 weeks after surgery)of postoperative PFD is characterized by yang qi deficiency and triple energizer qi stagnation,and the treatment should focus on warming yang to transform qi and freeing the flow of the triple energizer,commonly by the modified use of Wuling San plus Sini San,with emphasis on facilitating urination and defecation to restore micturition function.The second stage(2 weeks to 3 months after surgery)is characterized by qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the treatment should focus on supplementing and elevating qi and activating blood to resolve stasis,commonly by the modified use of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction plus Taohong Siwu Decoction,aiming to promote wound healing and prevent complications.The third stage(beyond 3 months after surgery)is characterized by spleen and kidney deficiency combined with constraint and stagnation of damp-heat,and the treatment should focus on tonifying spleen and kidney,and clearing heat and dispelling dampness,commonly by the modified use of Erchen Decoction plus Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,with emphasis on consolidating the surgical outcome and preventing recurrence.The stage-based treatment strategy integrates TCM and western medicine,reflecting the unique advantages of TCM in holistic functional regulation and constitution improvement,which will provide a reference for the comprehensive management and treatment of PFD.关键词
