Abstract
The development of disciplinary inspection and supervision science cannot be separated from the continuous absorption of achievements from external disciplines.Under the background of comprehensive strict governance of the Party,supervisory governance scenarios have become increasingly diverse,and many issues can no longer be addressed through traditional experiential judgments.The introduction of psy-chological techniques provides new tools and methods for supervisory practices,enabling the establishment of more scientific operational foundations for processes long reliant on intuition or experience.In areas such as risk early warning,investigation interviews and cadre care,psychological research on individual cognition,group psychology and social trust aligns closely with the practical needs of disciplinary inspection and supervi-sion work.At the risk management level,continuous improvements in psychological assessments and risk profiles enable early identification and dynamic tracking of potential emerging issues.During investigations,techniques like cognitive interviews and non-verbal cue recognition enhance the accuracy of information verifi-cation while promoting more civilized and standardized conversation methods.In cadre care,mechanisms such as mental health screening,organizational support and crisis intervention can form relatively systematic protection and support structures,alleviating psychological risks associated with high-pressure positions.Moreover,through procedural fairness,social participation and the cultivation of integrity culture,public trust in disciplinary inspection and supervision work can be strengthened,creating a favorable institutional environment for the rational application of psychological techniques.关键词
