基于对偶犹豫模糊几何加权Heronian平均算子的能源结构分析
Energy Structure Analysis Based on Dual Hesitant Fuzzy Geometric Weighted Heronian Mean Operator

Abstract
With the promotion of the dual-carbon goal,the position of clean energy in the energy struc-ture has gradually been paid attention to,but Shanxi Province is known to have"the largest coal",coal occu-pies a dominant position in the energy structure,and the current situation of continuous rise in consumption has not been completely changed.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward three schemes to help Shanxi Province's energy structure transformation and upgrading.By inviting experts to evaluate the eco-nomic benefits,environmental benefits,technical feasibility and policy support of the three schemes.In the process of energy scheme decision-making,multi-attribute information often has fuzziness and uncertainty,traditional decision-making methods have limitations when dealing with such complex multi-attribute fuzzy information.The dual hesitant fuzzy geometric weighted Heronian average operator can more accurately reflect the interrelationships among different attributes.When integrating multi-attribute information,it can avoid information loss or distortion,thereby more comprehensively and accurately describing the comprehen-sive characteristics of energy schemes.Therefore,a dual hesitant fuzzy information decision matrix is con-structed.The calculation and analysis are carried out by using the dual hesitant fuzzy geometric weighted Heronian average operator.The results show that scheme C has the largest score function and the exact func-tion and is the best scheme.Finally,based on the conclusion,it provides enlightenment for Shanxi Province in the energy structure transformation.关键词
