人口老龄化对中国劳动节约型技术创新的影响机制
Study on the Impact Mechanism of Population Aging on Labor-saving Technological Innovations in China
摘要
Abstract
Addressing the issue of the impact of population aging on labor-saving technological innovation in China,this study constructs a dynamic theoretical model,and a mediation effect empirical model of labor-saving technological innovation based on panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2006 to 2022.The research findings are as follows:Firstly,population aging significantly promotes labor-saving technological innovation through the"forced effect"of technological application pathways,human capital accumulation,and research and development(R&D)investment.Among these,human capital accumulation plays the most significant role in promoting labor-saving technological innovation;R&D investment has a positive impact on technological innovation.The learning effect of technological application is relatively weak.Secondly,heterogeneity analysis shows that in regions with less developed economies,population aging has significant potential to promote labor-saving technological innovation.Lastly,in the face of the challenges posed by population aging,measures such as strengthening technological innovation and intellectual property protection,balancing economic structure and regional devel-opment,and enhancing the level of human capital can promote labor-saving technological innovation,further improve production efficiency,and ultimately achieve sustainable economic development.关键词
