基于核因子κB信号通路探究舒脉通络汤联合贝前列素钠治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效与作用机制
Study on the efficacy and mechanism of Shumai Tongluo Decoction combined with beraprost sodium for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans based on the NF-κB signaling pathway

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shumai Tongluo Decoction for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO),and its possible mechanism based on the nuclear factor κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway.Methods Eighty-six patients with ASO were randomized 1:1 to receive routine Western medicine(RWM)(control group)or RWM+Shumai Tongluo Decoction(treatment group)for 21 days,the aim was to compare the clinical symptom scores,serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),interleukin-6(IL-6),and NF-κB levels,and assess the curative effect.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom scores in the both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the decrease in the treatment group was more common than the control group(P<0.05).The serum TNF-α,NF-κB,VEGF,and IL-6 levels were significantly lower in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the serum TNF-α,NF-κB,and VEGF levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(88.37%[40/43]vs 67.44%[38/43],P<0.05).Conclusion Shumai Tongluo Decoction may reduce inflammatory response and improve vascular endothelial function by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway,thereby alleviating the clinical symptoms and delaying disease progression of patients with ASO.关键词
