穴位贴敷联合规范化止吐治疗在预防化疗相关性恶心呕吐中的应用
Acupoint patch application combined with standardized antiemetic therapy for prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting:a randomized clinical observation

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupoint patch application combined with standardized antiemetic therapy in preventing chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV).Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,88 patients with non-small-cell lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy were randomized(random-number table)into a study group(n=44)and a control group(n=44).The control group received standardized antiemetic treatment;the study group received the same regimen plus acupoint patch application.Chemotherapy was administered in 3-week cycles for a total of four cycles.Outcomes compared included incidence and severity of CINV during treatment,changes in serum pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ)and PG Ⅱ levels before and after treatment,post-treatment Functional Living Index-Emesis(FLIE)nausea and vomiting scores,and adverse event rates.Results The study group had lower overall incidence of nausea(45.45％,20/44)and vomiting(40.91％,18/44)than the control group(nausea 70.45％,31/44;vomiting 63.64％,28/44)(P＜0.05).The severity of nausea and vomiting was also milder in the study group(P＜0.05).Both groups showed significant reductions in serum PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ after treatment compared with baseline(P＜0.05);post-treatment PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ levels were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Post-treatment FLIE nausea and vomiting scores were higher in the study group versus control(P＜0.05).Overall adverse event rates were 11.36％(5/44)in the study group and 20.45％(9/44)in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Adding acupoint patch application to standardized antiemetic therapy reduces the incidence and severity of CINV,favorably influences serum pepsinogen levels,and improves patient-reported outcomes on the FLIE,with an acceptable safety profile.关键词
