循经穴位按摩联合雷火灸对剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的影响
Meridian acupoint massage combined with thunder-fire moxibustion promotes post-cesarean gastrointestinal recovery:a randomized clinical observation

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of meridian acupoint massage combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on postoperative gastrointestinal recovery and lactation in women after cesarean section.Methods From July to December 2024,60 cesarean section patients were randomized by random-number table into a control group(n=30)receiving routine care and an observation group(n=30)receiving routine care plus meridian acupoint massage combined with thunder-fire moxibustion.After 3 days of treatment,outcomes were compared:postoperative gastrointestinal symptom scores(abdominal distension,abdominal pain,reduced intake,difficulty in defecation),recovery measures(time to restoration of bowel sounds,time to first flatus,time to first defecation),gastrointestinal motility grade,and lactation indicators(lactation score,time to lactation initiation,and breastfeeding rate).Results The observation group showed significantly lower postoperative symptom scores for abdominal distension,abdominal pain,reduced intake,and difficulty in defecation compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Times to recovery,including bowel-sound restoration,first flatus,and first defecation,were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Gastrointestinal motility grading post-treatment was superior in the observation group(P＜0.05).Lactation outcomes favored the observation group:higher lactation scores(P＜0.05),shorter time to lactation initiation(P＜0.05),and higher breastfeeding rate(P＜0.05).The overall effective rate was 96.67%(29/30)in the observation group versus 70.00%(21/30)in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Meridian acupoint massage combined with thunder-fire moxibustion after cesarean section significantly accelerates gastrointestinal functional recovery and facilitates lactation,producing a notable therapeutic benefit.关键词
