Abstract
According to GB 37822-2019<Standard for fugitive emission of volatile organic compounds>,products containing VOCs by mass ratio greater than or equal to 10%shall be operated in sealed equipment or in a sealed space,and the waste gas shall be discharged into the VOCs waste gas collection and treatment system.If it cannot be sealed,local gas collection measures shall be taken,and the gas shall be discharged into the VOCs waste gas collection and treatment system.The VOCs of paints currently used in atmospheric zone of off-shore platform are greater than 10%by mass ratio,which increase the cost of waste gas treatment.In this study,we select coatings with VOCs lower than 10%by mass ratio,through tests such as neutral salt spray test and cycling aging test on the coating systems,it was concluded that,environmental-friendly coatings can meet the application requirements of atmospheric zone of offshore platform,that can be extended to coating applications on off-shore engineering.关键词
