心脏纤维化进程中免疫细胞与成纤维细胞互作的研究进展
Research progress of interaction between immune cells and fibroblasts during cardiac fibrosis
摘要
Abstract
Cardiac fibrosis is characterized by pathological deposition of extracellular matrix(ECM),leading to progres-sive deterioration of cardiac structure and function.The interaction between immune cells and cardiac fibroblasts is a pivotal mechanism driving fibrosis.Immune cells such as neutrophils,macrophages and lymphocytes activate fibroblast-to-myofibro-blast transition via cytokine secretion,direct celluar contact and inflammatory micro-environment modulation,while the acti-vated fibroblasts and ECM remodeling reciprocally regulates immune phenotypes,forming a vicious cycle and aggravating the progress of cardiac fibrosis.Targeting the interaction network between immune cells and fibroblasts has showed potential to reverse fibrosis.This article reviewed the interaction mechanism between immune cells and fibroblasts during the progression of cardiac fibrosis,providing insights for the treatment of cardiac fibrosis targeting immune cells and fibroblasts.关键词
