基于子午流注理论辨治儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘
Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma in Children Based on Ziwu Liuzhu Theory
摘要
Abstract
Ziwu Liuzhu theory represents chronomedicine in traditional Chinese medicine.TCM rooted in the concept of the unity of uni-verse and human,it explains the dynamic changes of life activities within the twelve two-hour periods of a day from the perspectives of the waxing and waning of Yin and Yang,circulation of Qi and blood as well as the circulation movement of Ying Qi and Wei Qi.Cough variant asthma has a temporal rhythm that tends to worsen at night,with disease progression covering the periods of Yin,Chou,and Zi period,which correspond to the Lung,Liver,and Gallbladder meridians according to Ziwu Liuzhu Theory.In terms of pathogenesis,the onset is based on deficiency of Lung defensive Qi,with recurrent attacks caused by the internal movement of Wind and Fire,and the dis-ease progresses due to disharmony of Gallbladder Qi.In treatment,the approach is to warm the Lung and strengthen the Wei Qi to expel pathogenic factors,clear the Liver and calm the Lung,extinguish Wind and reverse the adversed flow of Qi,regulate and smooth Gall-bladder Qi,and circulate pivot mechanism of Qi,eventually to balance Yin and Yang and harmonize Qi and blood.关键词
