"五诊合参"论治PLA2R相关膜性肾病寡证
Treatment of PLA2R-Related Membranous Nephropathy Without Specific Syndrome Based on"Five Diagnostics Integration"
摘要
Abstract
The onset of membranous nephropathy(MN)is closely related to the M-type phospholipase A2 receptor(PLA2R),and without active treatment,it can easily progress to renal insufficiency.Due to the lack of obvious clinical symptoms and signs in the early stage,insufficient materials for syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the significant influence of the pa-tient's subjective perception on macroscopic syndrome differentiation,Professor Li Shizeng proposed the theory of"five-diagnosis inte-gration".This theory adds"inspection diagnosis"to the traditional TCM"observation,listening and smelling,inquiry,and palpation"four diagnostics."Inspection diagnosis"specifically refers to various modern medical laboratory tests,examination methods,etc.,in-tegrating modern medical examination results into the syndrome differentiation system,which constitutes the"five-diagnosis integra-tion"diagnosis and treatment approach.Using microscopic indicators to understand and differentiate"syndrome",genetic,cytokine,clinical laboratory,pathological,and other microscopic results from laboratory tests are regarded as a"microcosmic reflection"of the body,complementing TCM macroscopic syndrome differentiation.This approach bases diagnosis on microscopic structures described by modern medicine while using traditional TCM concepts as the framework for syndrome differentiation.Combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation and integrative medicine enriches diagnostic and treatment approaches and improves clinical accuracy.关键词
