中药调控cAMP/PKA/CREB信号通路改善轻度认知功能障碍的研究进展
Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Regulating c AMP/PKA/CREB Signaling Pathway to Improve Mild Cognitive Impairment
摘要
Abstract
The cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)/protein kinase A(PKA)/cAMP response element binding protein(CREB)signaling pathway plays a key regulatory role in the pathological process of mild cognitive impairment by mediating neurogenesis,anti-apoptosis,anti-neuroinflammation,and enhancing synaptic plasticity.Monomer of Chinese traditional herbs such as saikosaponins and gastrodin,as well as Chinese herbal compound formula like Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan,can activate this sig-naling pathway, upregulate the expression of cAMP,PKA,and p-CREB proteins, and promote the release of downstream brain-de-rived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),thereby inhibiting neuroinflammation, reducing neuronal apoptosis, and alleviating Aβ deposition,ex-erting neuroprotective effects and improving cognitive function. However, the molecular biological mechanisms of Chinese medicine re-main unclear, and the effective components require further exploration.Other than the cAMP/PKA/CREB signaling pathway, the signa-ling pathways and targets regulated by Chinese herbal compound formula in mild cognitive impairment are still not well defined. In clini-cal practice, how to accurately apply the principle of syndrome differentiation to formulate individualized plans,as well as how to syner-gize with Western medicine to enhance efficacy and reduce adverse reactions, still needs further study, aiming to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of mild cognitive impairment with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
