Kong Wei Treating Chronic Kidney Disease Based on"Qing Ke Qu Shi"Concept
摘要
Abstract
"Qing Ke Qu Shi"concept originates from Huang Di Nei Jing and has been continuously developed and extended by genera-tions of doctors.It can include multiple meanings:medicines that are light in flavor and weight;a small amount of medicinal kind;the small dosage;not suitable for prolonged decoction;gentle and agile in treatment method.Chronic kidney disease is based on Kidney defi-ciency with Turbidity and Toxin as the symptoms."Qing Ke Qu Shi"treatment employs balanced tonification and purgation methods,a-ligning with the pathogenesis of Kidney deficiency without harming the body's vital energy.Specifically,the medicines and methods are gentle,mostly sweet,bland,and mild in taste,suitable for long-term use,with good compliance,and appropriate for the gradual treat-ment of chronic diseases,aiming for Yin-Yang balance.Kong Wei believes that in clinical practice,deficiency and excess should be clearly distinguished.To remove excess with lightness:benefit the throat and promote the Lungs in the Upper Jiao,disperse Wind and e-liminate pathogens;awaken the Spleen and regulate the Liver in the Middle Jiao,unblock the Fu and lower Turbidity;benefit the Kidney and clear Turbidity in the Lower Jiao.For Dampness in the Three Jiao,Wind dispelling drugs can be used to remove stasis and Water simultaneously,to support the vital energy and eliminate pathogens,treating disease from the root.关键词
