云南弥勒某风化型难选钛铁矿选矿试验研究
Experimental study on beneficiation of a weathered and refractory ilmenite ore from Mile in Yunnan Province

Abstract
The mass fraction of TiO2 in a weathered ilmenite from Mile in Yunnan Province is 6.33%.The main titanium-bearing minerals are ilmenite and titanomagnetite.The dissemination relationship between titanium-bearing minerals and other minerals is complex.The dissemination size is uneven and some of the dissemination size is fine.It is a refractory ilmenite.According to the properties of the ore,through the pre-classification test of the ore,the fine-ness test of the coarse-grained regrinding,the magnetic field strength test of the weak magnetic separation,the mag-netic field strength test of the strong magnetic separation titanium,and the gravity concentration titanium test,the best test conditions were obtained.The grinding fineness was-0.038 mm,accounting for 70%,the magnetic field strength of the weak magnetic separation is 0.1 T,and the magnetic field strength of the strong magnetic separation was 0.8 T;under these conditions,the combined process of pre-classification,coarse-grained regrinding-low-inten-sity magnetic iron removal-gravity concentration of titanium,fine-grained low-intensity magnetic iron separation-high-intensity magnetic separation of titanium tailings-gravity concentration of titanium was adopted.Finally,the titanium concentrate with TiO2 grade and recovery of 47.40%and 53.45%and the iron concentrate with Fe grade and recovery of 50.08%and 17.13%were obtained.The combined process successfully realizes the effective recovery of ilmenite in the weathered refractory ilmenite,and simultaneously realizes the comprehensive utilization of associated magnetite minerals,which can provide technical reference for the efficient development of the same type of refractory ilmenite resources.关键词
