Research progress on treatment technology of heavy metals and residual chemicals in non-ferrous metal flotation wastewater

Abstract
Non-ferrous metal smelting is an important part of modern industry.The flotation wastewater generated in the production process poses a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health due to the presence of heavy metal ions and organic chemical residues.This paper systematically expounds the pollution characteristics of non-ferrous metal flotation wastewater,summarizes the characteristics and applicable objects of chemical precipitation method(such as hydroxide/sulfide precipitation),adsorption method(polymer-based adsorbent,nanomaterial),ion exchange method and advanced oxidation technology(Fenton,photocatalysis,ozone oxidation),and points out the problems existing in the current research.In the future,the treatment technology of non-ferrous metal flotation wastewater will change from single pollutant removal to multi-pollutant synergistic removal,and extend from end treatment to green transformation of the full life cycle.关键词
