Abstract
The vast majority of lead-zinc deposits are associated with pyrite,among which pyrite is the most common.However,the dissociation degree of grinding monomer of sulfur-bearing lead-zinc ore is low,and the flo-tability of sulfide minerals is similar and staggered.In particular,marmatite and pyrite have the same iron ion active sites,which makes flotation separation difficult.This paper reviews the resource status,crushing and grinding charac-teristics and floatability characteristics of sulfur-containing lead-zinc ore,and systematically expounds the research and application progress of crushing and screening process,grinding and classification process,flotation process and flota-tion reagents.Future research directions include:based on the difference of sulfide mineral content,disseminated par-ticle size characteristics and natural flotability in sulfur-bearing lead-zinc ores,by selecting a reasonable crushing and grinding process to achieve full grinding monomer dissociation,narrow particle size distribution and reduce overpulveri-zation of sulfide minerals;a reasonable flotation process is used to match highly selective collectors,inhibitors,activa-tors and efficient foaming agents to further expand the floatability difference between minerals,so as to achieve effi-cient,economical and clean beneficiation separation.关键词
