Abstract
A comprehensive evaluation method combining electrochemical accelerated tests and long-term storage tests of storage tanks was proposed.By utilizing scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP)analysis techniques,an efficient evaluation of the long-term storage life of a liquid propulsion system for attitude and orbit control was achieved.The research shows that the 1050A-LF6 electrochemical couple pair has no obvious galvanic corrosion effect in the DT-3 monopropellant.The evaluation cycle of product life indicators can be shortened to 16 days by adopting a 500 times acceleration factor.During the electrochemical accelerated storage process of DT-3 monopropellant,the 1050A and LF6 metal materials have good compatibility with the propellant,meeting the requirements of long-term storage.During the 360 days storage of the DT-3 monopropellant pressurized storage tank at 40℃,the changes in the technical indicators of the tank propellant with the extension of storage time follow a trend of the saturation kinetic model,and the propellant still meets the usage index requirements of the national military standard after 360 days of storage.The test system method provides a new technical approach for the study on the life management of liquid attitude control propellant tanks.关键词
