聚天门冬氨酸对盐碱胁迫下玉米生长伤害的缓解作用
Alleviating Effect of Polyaspartic Acid on the Growth Damage of Maize under Saline-Alkali Stress

Abstract
To investigate the regulatory effects of polyaspartic acid(PASP)on maize growth under saline-alkali stress,a pot experiment was conducted using Zhengdan 958(ZD958)and Zhenjin 8(ZJ8)as test materials.At the three-leaf-one-heart stage,the maize plants were subjected to stress treatment with 150 mmol·L-1 saline-alkali solution,and the effects of foliar spraying of PASP on maize growth,physiological changes,and yield were studied.The results showed that under saline-alkali conditions,foliar application of PASP significantly increased the osmotic regulation capacity of maize seedlings by increasing the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT)(by at least 1.6%,23.4%,and 10.1%,respectively),reduced the accumulation of malondialdehyde(by at least 4.2%),and effectively alleviated the inhibition of maize seedling growth caused by saline-alkali stress.Additionally,under saline-alkali conditions,PASP treatment significantly promoted yield formation in the later growth stage,the yields of ZD958 and ZJ8 increased significantly by 23.1%and 29.2%,respectively.Under normal conditions,PASP treatment also had a certain impact on maize growth and physiological parameters.In conclusion,PASP could improve the activities of antioxidant enzymes and the content of osmotic adjustment substances,reduce oxidative damage,and enhance the saline-alkali stress tolerance of maize.Thereby,it promoted maize plant growth and stabilizes maize yield under stress conditions.关键词
