摘要

Abstract

Conical wind field drift reduction spray is an innovative method that uses auxiliary airflow for anti-drift operation.It can resist the generation of circumfluent vortices and reduce droplet drift with wind at vertical heights.To further investigate the spray flow field characteristics and droplet deposition performance under the action of a conical wind field,a Malvern laser particle size analyzer(Spraytec)and a particle image analysis system(Visi Size P15)were used to explore the distribution characteristics of the spray flow field.The results showed that conical wind velocity can optimize the spatial distribution of droplet size and promote further atomization of liquid into fine droplets by overcoming surface tension without losing kinetic energy.Taking spray height,spray pressure and conical wind velocity as experimental factors,and droplet deposition as the test index,the optimal working parameter combination was obtained:spray height 0.45 m,spray pressure 0.35 MPa,conical wind velocity 16.00 m·s-1,with a droplet deposition of 3.39 μL·cm-2.This study provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the design and application of conical wind field drift reduction spray devices.
