摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the industry points of insufficient resource utilization of corn straw and poor soil tillage quality,and in combination with the actual requirements of green agricultural development,a corn straw shredding-mixing and returning tillage machine was designed and developed.This machine integrates multiple functions of straw shredding,rotary tillage and mixing.Through modular structural design,the overall layout and key component parameters were determined.The motion characteristics of shredding blades were thoroughly studied,and the rotating speed of the cutter shaft and the blade arrangement were optimized to ensure the straw shredding effect.According to the motion trajectory of rotary tillage blades,the calculation formulas for cutter shaft speed,operating depth and soil cutting pitch were established to verify the rationality of the design scheme.Field experiments were conducted with the qualified rate of straw shredding and the uniformity of rotary tillage-mixing as evaluation indicators to verify the operational performance of the machine.The results showed that the qualified rate of straw shredding ranges from 83.4%to 91.2%,and the uniformity of rotary tillage-mixing reaches 95.11%.All operational performance indicators met the requirements of agricultural production,providing reliable equipment support for the efficient returning of corn straw to the field.
