摘要
Abstract
To achieve the goals of high efficiency and high precision in the stone back-bolt machining process,a laser height measurement method is adopted to automatically establish the coordinate system of the stone back-bolt machine.The results indicate that,using the established coordinate system,both the hole spacing error and the hole edge distance error can be controlled within the allowable range of±0.5 mm.While ensu-ring high processing accuracy,the proposed method meets the high efficiency requirement of the back-bolt pro-cessing and significantly improves the level of operational automation,demonstrating strong potential for prac-tical engineering applications.关键词
