综纤维素本征荧光及变温发光机制分析
Intrinsic Fluorescence and Temperature-Dependent Luminescence Mechanism Analysis of Holocellulose

Abstract
Holocellulose was prepared via the sodium chlorite method,and its chemical structural features were identified using Fourier-transform infrared spectrum,X-ray photoelectron spectrum and X-ray diffrac-tion.The fluorescence characteristics were crucially investigated by the steady-state,transient-state and tem-perature-dependent spectrum.The intrinsic luminescence laws were analyzed and the luminescence mechanism was interpreted in combination with structural features.The results showed that the holocellulose exhibited significant excitation wavelength dependence,with the optimal excitation wavelength and emission wavelength of 390 and 490 nm respectively,the lifetime of 2.78 ns,and the quantum yield of 2.79%.The fluorescence was thermally activated and enhanced due to conformational optimization in the temperature range of 80-140 K.In the temperature range of 140-320 K,a thermal quenching trend was then dominated by thermal dissipation.The main emission peak was relatively stable during the temperature variation,indicating excellent thermal sta-bility.关键词
