The Interplay and Co-Evolution Path between New Quality Productivity and Global Digital Governance
摘要
Abstract
The disruptive innovation of digital technologies is accelerating the two-way historical process of leap-forging new quality productivity and reconstructing global digital governance.There is an inherent consistency between new quality productivity and global digital governance,forming a three-dimensional interdependent model of technological symbiosis,efficiency synergy,and green inclusiveness.Global digit-al governance provides institutional support for the development of new quality productivity through techno-logical empowerment,efficiency optimization,and sustainability-driven coordination.Specifically,it is manifested in the full release of technological dividends through innovation incentives and risk regulation,the reconstruction of production organizational forms through digital infrastructure interconnection,and the guidance of green transformation through the transition of total factor productivity;Concurrently,the revolu-tionary technological advancements of new quality productivity forces a qualitative transformations of govern-ance systems,distributed technologies drive the pluralization of governance actors,micro-level data ele-ment governance gives rise to a precise rule system,and green computing technologies steer governance e-cosystems toward sustainable development.Addressing practical challenges such as governance lag,sover-eignty-transfer conflicts,and the digital divide,a collaborative path driven by technology,integration of data and reality,and inclusive green development should be constructed to promote the formation of a new order of digital civilization characterized by co-shaped technological ethics,efficient resource allocation,and fair sharing of achievements.关键词
