摘要
Abstract
With the advancement and widespread application of artificial intelligence(AI)technologies,AI agents are increasingly regarded as potential companions, friends, and even romantic partners for hu-mans.Consequently,human-machine intimacy has become as a critical topic in the study of human-ma-chine communication.Based on a survey of 537 users of AI chatbots,it was found that the anthropomor-phism of AI chatbots significantly and positively predicts human-machine intimacy and the relationship between the two is mediated by users'self-disclosure and human-machine communication satisfaction, both independently and sequentially.Specifically, the three intermediary paths are identified:(1)an-thropomorphism → self-disclosure → human-machine intimacy;(2)anthropomorphism → human-ma-chine communication satisfaction→human-machine intimacy;and(3)anthropomorphism→self-disclo-sure→human-machine communication satisfaction→human-machine intimacy. These findings contribute to a broader understanding of human-machine interaction by elucidating the pivotal role of anthropomor-phism,and also provide theoretical support for the application of AI in fields such as psychological com-panionship and emotional support.关键词
