Abstract
In response to the problems of the delayed application testing and inadequate extreme condition assessment in the traditional linear test process and the batch production-oriented ap-praisal paradigm,an artificial intelligence-based satellites integrated test design(AI-ITD)frame-work is proposed in this paper.Through a complete process of index system design-classified evaluation of key indices-AI-driven multi-stress testing,artificial intelligence models including Gaussian process regression(GPR)are adopted to construct the mapping relationship between multi-stress factors and performance indices,and a three-factor step-by-step screening algorithm on test point is integrated to dynamically approach the extreme envelope.A case validation is car-ried out with the on-board target positioning accuracy on a certain satellite as the core index.The results show that this method can stabilize the prediction accuracy of the extreme envelope at over 90%with only about 80 test points,which is significantly superior to the traditional orthogonal test,thus achieving the exploration of the satellite's service condition limits with minimal test cost,and the AI-ITD framework can provide a reference for improving the quality and capability of aerospace equipment.关键词
