基于R245fa的高温热泵蒸汽系统实验研究

Abstract
In order to enhance the efficiency of industrial waste heat recovery,the operating characteristics of the high-temperature heat pump steam system based on R245fa were investigated.Experiments tested low-grade heat source temperatures(45-65 ℃)and steam temperatures(118-122 ℃)to assess system performance.Heating capacity,energy efficiency ratio Cop,steam production and energy consumption were measured,with a mathematical model comparing lifecycle energy use and emissions to conventional systems.The results show that raising the low-grade heat source temperature boosts Cop by 21.2%,increases steam output by 15.05%,and cuts energy use by 8.29%.Conversely,each 1 ℃ rise in steam temperature reduces Cop by 1.08% and raises energy consumption by 0.75%.Compared to conventional system,the system reduces energy use by 70%-75% and carbon emissions by 18.1%-73.7%for 40 kg steam production,while eliminating NOx and SO2 emissions entirely.Optimal parameters are 55-60 ℃ heat source and 120 ℃ steam temperature.This configuration demonstrates its efficiency and environmental benefits for industrial waste heat recovery,offering a theoretical foundation for practical implementation.关键词
