自适应导通电阻的DC-DC重载效率提升方法研究
Research on improving the overload efficiency of DC-DC with adaptive conduction resistance

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of low conversion efficiency of boost type DC-DC switching power supply under high current load,a power tube adaptive on-resistance method was adopted.By setting different gate-source voltages in different load ranges,the on-off loss of the power tube was reduced,and the problem that the on-off loss accounts for a large proportion in heavy load was solved.The loading efficiency of the system was improved and the layout area was reduced.Based on 0.18 μm BCD process,the physical implementation and experimental analysis of the proposed method were completed.The results show that input voltage 3.7 V,output voltage 4.6 V,10~900 mA wide load range,the system can realize the power tube adaptive on-resistance adjustment.When the load current is 900 mA,the efficiency is increased from 86%to 91.7%,and the maximum efficiency is 97%,which has obvious advantages.关键词
