Performance analysis of H-CNOMA system based on two-stage optimal relay selection

Abstract
A scenario was investigated where a base station employs power domain non-orthogonal multiple access technology to transmit information to both nearby and distant users and a Hybrid Cooperative NOMA(H-CNOMA)system that integrates a two-stage optimal relay selection strategy was proposed.The system operates using the Decode-and-Forward protocol and considers the presence of imperfect successive Interference Cancellation.The outage probability expressions for the two users within the system were derived,and numerical simulations verified that the H-CNOMA scheme achieves superior system performance compared to the conventional orthogonal multiple access(OMA)scheme.Additionally,based on the reception conditions of relay nodes and users within the system,a one-dimensional Markov model was established,from which the state transition probability matrix and system steady-state probabilities were derived,leading to an expression for system throughput.The study findings demonstrate that the number of relay nodes and the distance between nodes significantly impact the system's outage probability and throughput.关键词
