Research on Simulation Assessment Method of Materiel Spares Fill Rate
摘要
Abstract
This research focuses on the defects of the classical supportability assessment approach.To obtain the supply capac-ity and develop the optimized spares support plan,this research introduces Monte Carlo theory and presents a simulation assessment algorithm based on the definition of spares fill rate.This research builds the framework of materiel simulation model and the algo-rithm flow of simulation assessment.This research implements the introduced model using C++language.The simulation can de-scribe the system failure and the real maintenance support process.The simulation result can be obtained with the statistical model of spares fill rate.This research compares the simulation results of the spares fill rate with the results of analytical solution.The simu-lation result agrees well with the theoretically calculated value.The concordant results from theses two methods verify the feasibility of the method here.Finally,with the example of a materiel,the spares fill rate of the materiel with a mixture life distribution is given by using the suggested simulation method efficiently.关键词
