荷斯坦阉牛皮下脂肪沉积关键基因与代谢物的研究
Study on Key Genes and Metabolites Associated with Subcutaneous Fat Deposition in Holstein Steers

Abstract
Adipose tissue not only stores energy and protects the body,but is also an important endo-crine organ that generates and integrates signals to affect metabolism.However,the complex molecular mechanism of subcutaneous fat deposition in beef cattle is rarely reported.In this study,36 healthy Hol-stein steers were fed under the same conditions for 300 days and slaughtered.Individuals with extreme sub-cutaneous fat tissue coverage were selected and divided into high fat coverage group(H-Su)(n=6)and low coverage group(L-Su)(n=6).The transcriptomes and metabolomes of SAT were analyzed to explore the differential expression genes(DEGs),metabolites(DEMs)and regulatory mechanisms.The results showed that the H-Su group had better immunity,antioxidant properties,amino acid metabolism and fat deposition function compared with the L-Su group.At the same time,10 key DEGs were screened by tran-scriptome analysis,among which CD84,CSF1R,ITGAD,ITGAX and PLXNC1 were associated with immunity.DECR1,ACO2 and PDHA1 were associated with fat deposition.Metabolome analysis identi-fied 5 key DEMs,among which 2-Aminomethylpyrimidine,Phe-His,and ST 638 were associated with im-munity,and Deoxycholic acid and FFA(22:4)were associated with fat deposition.In addition,the corre-lation analysis results showed that the regulation of metabolites was the result of the action of multiple genes.These results not only help to identify the functional complexity of subcutaneous fat in beef cattle,but also provide valuable information for screening key molecular markers of subcutaneous fat deposition,understanding functional differences and molecular regulatory mechanisms.关键词
