Research Progress on Animal Sex Control Technology
摘要
Abstract
Sex control is of great significance for the high-quality development of animal husbandry and has now become one of the hotspots of concern in the field of animal production.Sex control techniques can be classified into three parts based on the intervention stage:Sex control before fertilization(such as gene editing and sperm separation techniques);Sex control during fertilization(regulating the fertilization envi-ronment);Post-fertilization sex control(such as early embryo sex identification).Based on a review of its development process and in combination with the current research progress of sex control,this article con-ducts a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different methods,aiming to provide references for researchers in the field of animal genetics,breeding and reproduction.关键词
