Abstract
The"Biaoben Genjie"theory first appeared in the Huangdi'Internal Classic(Huang Di Nei Jing),primarily to denote the starting point and endpoint of Qi in the twelve meridians.Here,"Gen"represents the starting point,similar to a tree root buried deep underground that has not yet emerged."Jie"signifies the connection,conclusion,and finalization.This article,grounded in the"Biaoben Genjie"theory,explores the application of acupuncture at initial and terminal acupoints for treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.It integrates TCM theory with clinical practice to delve into the application of acupuncture at these points in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,aiming to provide new insights and theoretical support for the clinical treatment of this disease by acupuncture.关键词
