Two Cases of Treating Plantar Fasciitis with Fire Needling Based on Theory of"Heated Needling to Eliminate Bi"
摘要
Abstract
Plantar fasciitis is a common clinical disease in the departments of foot and ankle surgery,rehabilitation,and traumatology,falling into the categories of"tendon Bi"and"tendon injury"in traditional Chinese medicine.It is mainly characterized by heel pain,severely affecting patients'quality of life.Based on the theory of"heated needling to eliminate Bi",fire needling leverages the thermal force,having the effects of dispelling cold with heat,resolving blood stasis,and assisting Yang.Two cases of Professor LIU Wei in treating plantar fasciitis with fire needling were introduced in this paper to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
