神经元区室化线粒体生物发生机制的研究进展
Advances in the mechanism of neuronal compartmentalized mitochondrial biogenesis
摘要
Abstract
Neuronal compartmentalized mitochondrial biogenesis is a complex and precise biological process that involves the dynamic generation of mitochondria in different neuronal compartments,such as soma,axons,and synapses.As the"power plants"and metabolic hubs of neurons,mitochondria require their biogenesis to be strictly regulated in a spatiotemporal manner to meet the energy demands and signal transmission needs of neurons in different functional compartments.In recent years,studies have shown that mitochondrial biogenesis is closely related to neuronal survival,neurite plasticity,and the pathogenesis of several neurological diseases.Modulating key signaling pathways governing compartmentalized mitochondrial biogenesis may improve neuronal energy metabolism and function,thereby offering promising intervention strategies for the treatment of neurological diseases.This review summarizes the research progress on mitochondrial biogenesis in soma and axons of neuron,and its role in neurological diseases.关键词
