炼铁工序低温烟气余热利用潜力分析及应用探索

Abstract
In response to the problem that the amount of low-temperature exhaust gas emitted during the iron smelting process of the steel plant is large and the exhaust gas contains residual heat resources that have not been fully utilized,taking the iron smelting process of a certain steel enterprise as the research object,the distribution and potential of the residual heat resources in the exhaust gas are analyzed.The results show that the recoverable heat calculated is 651 985 MJ/h,equivalent to 22.39 t/h of standard coal.The acid dew point temperature of the desulfurization inlet exhaust gas is 122.9~127.6℃.The heat recovery mainly generates hot water,which can be directly used for heating in the factory area or other production processes.It can also drive the lithium bromide refrigeration system to produce chilled water for use in the factory air conditioning,blast furnace blowing humidification,etc.,with the power consumption being only 10%~20%of the electric compression refrigeration.The use of the exhaust heat from the hot air furnaces of three blast furnaces for cooling and dehumidification of the blast furnace can meet the cooling load requirements of each blast furnace.关键词
