Abstract
The organic Rankine cycle(ORC)power generation technology has advantages such as a compact structure and good load adaptability,and is suitable for the production environment of offshore platforms.It is an effective way to utilize the residual heat from offshore platform production.In response to the problem that low-grade heat sources are difficult to be directly utilized by ORC power generation devices,a two-stage full temperature range power generation process scheme for offshore platform geothermal energy is proposed.The ORC power generation system is combined with the thermoelectric(semiconductor temperature difference)waste heat power generation system to achieve full temperature range power generation utilization of the geothermal fluid in offshore platforms.The scheme uses the geothermal well flow of offshore platforms as the heat source,selects R245-fa as the ORC cycle working fluid,and after the heat source passes through the ORC device,the remaining heat is recovered by the thermoelectric power generation device,and seawater is used as the cooling medium for the ORC condenser and the semiconductor cold end of the thermoelectric power generation device,thereby effectively improving the efficiency of the comprehensive utilization of geothermal energy resources and providing green electricity for the platform,reducing the consumption of fossil fuels in offshore oil and gas extraction.关键词
