青少年抑郁症患者非自杀性自伤行为与心理痛苦的关系:一个链式中介模型
Relationship between nonsuicidal self—injurious behavior and psychological distress in adolescents with depression:A chain—mediated model

Abstract
Objective:To explore the chain-mediated effects of rumination and worry with non-suicidal self-in-jurious behaviour in adolescents with depressive disorders.Methods:The Psychological Distress Scale,Rumination Thinking Scale,Pennsylvania Worry Scale,and Adolescent Non-Suicidal Self-Injurious Behavior Rating Question-naire were used to investigate 246 adolescent patients with depressive disorders in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University.Results:Psychological distress was significantly and positively correlated with rumination(r=0.78,P＜0.01),worry(r=0.70,P＜0.01),and nonsuicidal self-injurious behavior(r=0.66,P＜0.01).In addition,rumination was also significantly associated with worry(r=0.71,P＜0.01)and nonsuicidal self-injurious behavior(r=0.62,P＜0.01),while there was also a significantly positive correlation between worry and nonsuicidal self-in-jurious behavior(r=0.58,P＜0.01).The direct effect of psychological distress on nonsuicidal self-injurious behav-ior was significant(β=0.41,P＜0.001),and the independent mediating effects of psychological distress were signifi-cant with rumination thinking,accounting for 21.44％of the total effect(β=0.21,P＜0.05),and with worrying emo-tions,accounting for 9.25％(β=0.09,P＜0.05).The chain-mediated effect of the two was significant at 7.89％(β=0.08,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Psychological distress can influence non-suicidal self-injurious behavior both directly and indirectly through the independent mediating effects of rumination and worry,as well as the chain-mediated effects of both.关键词
