压力感知在射频消融手术患者疾病认知水平与手术配合度间的中介效应
Mediating effect of stress perception between disease cognition level and surgical cooperation degree of patients undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of stress perception between disease cognition level and surgi-cal cooperation degree of patients undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA).Methods:Patients who under-went RFCA in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected by random sampling.All patients were investigated and studied using the general information collection form,the self-made disease cognition level scale,the 14-item Stress Perception Scale(SS-14),and the self-made surgical cooperation scale.Pearson correla-tion analysis was used to analyze the relationship among patients' stress perception,disease cognition and surgical co-operation degree,and a mediating effect analysis model was constructed and verified.Results:The total score of the self-made disease cognition level scale was(42.68±7.35)points,the total score of PSS-14 was(40.25±8.12)points,and the total score of the self-made surgical cooperation scale was(28.65±6.24)points.The total score of disease cognition was positively correlated with the total score of surgical cooperation(r=0.768,P＜0.05),and neg-atively correlated with the total score of stress perception(r=-0.692,P＜0.05).The total score of stress perception was negatively correlated with the total score of surgical cooperation(r=-0.622,P＜0.05).Stress perception had a partial mediating effect between disease cognition and surgical cooperationin patients with RFCA,and the mediating effect accounted for 43.58％of the total effect.Conclusion:Stress perception plays a partial mediating effect between disease cognition and surgical cooperation in patients with RFCA.Clinically,attention should be paid to the disease cognition level of patients with RFCA,and intervention should be given as early as possible based on the patients' perception of stress to improve their surgical cooperation.关键词
