Recruitment Strategies and Potential Mechanisms of Root Exudates of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials for Beneficial Microor-ganisms
摘要
Abstract
Root systems are the primary organs for traditional Chinese medicinal materials(TCMM)to perceive and resist adverse environments,while microorganisms provide energy for material trans-formation in soil.Root exudates serve as communication substances between these two parties and in-fluence the growth and development of TCMM.During the growth process,TCMM face a series of bi-otic and abiotic stresses.Under adverse conditions,they can recruit beneficial microorganisms by re-leasing root exudates and other pathways,thereby enhancing their disease resistance and adaptability to stress.The recruitment strategies and potential mechanisms of TCMM roots for beneficial microor-ganisms were summarized under stress conditions,and the regulatory pathways and intrinsic driving forces of the"root exudates-soil microbes-secondary metabolites"pathway was uncovered,aiming to provide a scientific basis for ecological cultivation of TCMM.关键词
