噻虫嗪拌种处理对禾谷缢管蚜田间种群动态及其生命参数的影响
Effects of Thiamethoxam Seed Dressing on Field Population Dynam-ics and Life Parameters of Rhopalosiphum padi

Abstract
Aphid damage is an important factor in annual corn yield losses.With the warming cli-mate,aphid damage has become increasingly serious in recent years.Rhopalosiphum padi is a com-mon piercing-sucking mouthpart pest of corn.It is also the dominant species of corn field aphids in Jilin province,mainly occurring in the middle and late stages of corn growth and thus posing great difficulties in its control.In this study,we used thiamethoxam seed dressing to treat corn,and ana-lyzed the population dynamics of Rhopalosiphum padi at different corn growth stages.Furthermore,the life table method was used to evaluate the effects of thiamethoxam seed dressing treatment on the growth,development,fecundity and population life parameters of Rhopalosiphum padi.The results showed that thiamethoxam seed dressing treatment can significantly reduce the occurrence of Rho-palosiphum padi on corn.After feeding on thiamethoxam seed-dressed corn,Rhopalosiphum padi ex-hibited prolonged nymphal duration,and significantly reduced average fecundity and survival rate compared with the control,whereas no obvious changes were observed in the aphid development pe-riod and production duration.The net proliferation rate,intrinsic growth rate and finite rate of in-crease of Rhopalosiphum padi decreased significantly,while the mean length of generation and popu-lation doubling time increased.Considering both control efficacy and cost,it is recommended to use thiamethoxam at a rate of 4 g/kg for seed treatment.The experiment result is an important guidance for the comprehensive prevention and control of Rhopalosiphum padi in corn field.关键词
