松毛虫赤眼蜂卵黄原蛋白受体基因的克隆、表达与功能分析
Cloning,Expression and Functional Analysis of Vitellogenin Recep-tor in Trichogramma dendrolimi

Abstract
To explore the role of vitellogenin receptor(VgR)gene in the reproductive regulation of Trichogramma dendrolimi,the VgR gene sequence of T.dendrolimi was cloned and analyzed,and the spatio-temporal expression of TdVgR was determined by real-time PCR.The effects of VgR on ovar-ian development and fecundity of T.dendrolimi were studied by RNA interference.The results showed that the full-length of TdVgR cDNA was 5 998 bp,with an open reading frame of 5 097 bp en-coding 1 698 amino acids,and the predicted molecular weight of the encoded protein was 187.5 kDa.TdVgR was expressed in the whole developmental stages of T.dendrolimi,and the expression level reached a peak at 12 hours after eclosion.TdVgR gene was specifically highly expressed in the ovary of female adults of T.dendrolimi.After silencing TdVgR,T.dendrolimi showed loose ovarian structure,irregular egg arrangement and deformed eggs.At the same time,the single fecundity and the number of host egg parasitiezed per female also decreased significantly.The results of this study provide ba-sic theoretical data for further exploring the reproductive regulation mechanism of T.dendrolimi.关键词
