摘要

Abstract

To explore the effects of different saline-alkali treatments on the growth status,biomass changes,leaf photosynthetic physiology,and ion content in roots,stems and leaves of blueberry,us-ing two-year-old half-highbush blueberry"Beilu"as experimental material,a pot culture experiment was conducted,with two combinations of mixed salt(NaCl+Na2CO3)and alkaline salt(NaHCO3+Na2CO3),each at six concentration levels.Only 1/10 of the modified Hoagland nutrient solution(pH 4.8)was used as the control(ck),resulting in a total of 13 treatments.The results showed that:both mixed salt and alkaline salt treatments inhibited the growth of blueberry,under the treatments of mixed salt and alkaline salt,the value of Pn,Gs and Tr of blueberry leaves decreased,while the value of Ci increased,both treatments reduced K+content in roots,stems and leaves of blueberry,and simultaneously induced substantial Na+accumulation in roots,stems,and leaves.Correlation analysis showed that Na+content in leaves was negatively correlated with K+content,Pn Tr,Gs,above-ground and below-ground biomass under mixed salt and alkaline salt treatments.In summary,saline-alkali treatment significantly reduces the biomass of blueberry and impairs its photosynthetic capacity.It also significantly decreases K+content,increases Na+content,and thus lowers K+/Na+in roots,stems and leaves of blueberry.
