平性靶药在风湿免疫疾病中的应用新解
A new interpretation of the application of targeted neutral Chinese medicines in rheumatic immune diseases

Abstract
Rheumatic immune diseases comprise a spectrum of autoimmune disorders defined by chronic inflammation and sustained immune dysregulation.Clinically,they present with persistent symptom targets,including joint swelling and pain,restricted movement,and dryness of the eyes and mouth,while concurrently exhibiting refractory biochemical indicator targets such as elevated immune-inflammatory markers,cytopenia,and proteinuria.Targeted neutral Chinese medicines,characterized by the absence of pronounced cold or heat properties,can be flexibly prescribed according to syndrome differentiation to modulate symptom targets.Meanwhile,informed by modern pharmacological evidence,neutral-property medicines are capable of directly regulating specific biochemical indicator targets,including inflammatory mediators and immune parameters.By integrating macroscopic syndrome adjustment with microscopic target modulation,this framework provides a conceptual foundation and translational pathway for the integrated Chinese – Western management of rheumatic immune diseases and the development of novel therapeutic strategies.关键词
