补肾通痹汤联合针刺治疗冻结肩
Efficacy of Bushen Tongbi decoction combined with acupuncture in patients with frozen shoulder

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of Bushen Tongbi decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 86 patients with frozen shoulder admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 were chosen and separated into the control group(n=43,conventional western medicine+acupuncture)and the study group(n=43,Bushen Tongbi decoction+conventional western medicine+acupuncture)according to the random number table method.The therapeutic effect,shoulder joint function,pain mediators[substance P(SP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)]and levels of serum matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),MMP-9,and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)were compared between the two groups.Results The study group had a higher total effective rate(93.02%vs.76.74%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength scores,daily life scores,shoulder motion scores,and pain degree scores were higher in the study group(P<0.05),while the levels of SP,PGE2 and 5-HT were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of MMP-3 was lower in the study group than that in the control group,while the levels of MMP-9 and IGF-1 were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tongbi decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the curative effect in patients with frozen shoulder,reduce the levels of pain mediators and serum MMP-3,and increase the levels of serum MMP-9 and IGF-1.关键词
