基于《伤寒论》探讨柴胡桂枝汤治疗妇科疾病研究进展
Research progress of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of gynecological diseases based on Shanghan Lun
摘要
Abstract
Chaihu Guizhi Decoction is derived from Shanghan Lun,originally indicated for pathogen invasion into Shaoyang meridians,superficies syndromes of Taiyang channels.Contemporary physicians have flexibly applied it to the clinical treatment of gynecological diseases,with remarkable effects.By sorting out relevant literature in the past decade,this paper summarizes its application from the perspectives of analysis on its indicated syndromes and its clinical research.The basic syndromes of the formula have three characteristics:The mutual causation of Taiyang and Shaoyang explains the pathogenesis of gynecological miscellaneous diseases,the simultaneous treatment of exterior and interior syndromes enables pathogens to exit to the outside,and the"harmonization"principle conforms to the nature of qi,blood,yin and yang.Clinical studies show the prescription has good effects on menstrual,pregnancy-related,puerperal,breast and other gynecological diseases.The relevant studies are classified and summarized in this paper to provide a reference for its in-depth research and rational application.关键词
