Digital-Driven and Ecosystem Restructuring:Research on Integrated Innovation Training Model for Master of International Business

Abstract
Against the backdrop of profound restructuring in the global economic landscape and the rapid advancement of digital technologies,the traditional Master of International Business(MIB)training model faces significant challenges.In response to China's national strategy of high-standard opening-up and the urgent demand from industrial transformation for interdisciplinary,application-oriented talent,this paper proposes and systematically elaborates an integrated innovation training model.Centered on competency development,this model constructs a multidimensional,synergistic,and dynamically evolving educational ecosystem through four integrative dimensions:interpersonal integration,industry-education integration,science-education integration,and virtual-physical integration.The paper provides an in-depth analysis of the model's conceptual framework and proposes a set of operable,scalable systematic implementation pathways,covering top-level design,curriculum system,faculty development,practical platforms,and evaluation mechanism.This research aims to offer theoretical insights and practical paradigms for MIB education reform in the new era,with the goal of cultivating future leaders capable of steering global business development.关键词
