Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Intelligent Finance Through Interdisciplinary Integration

Abstract
Against the backdrop of deepening digital-intelligence transformation and the rapid evolution of the financial landscape,the high-quality development of finance calls for interdisciplinary talents equipped with both financial literacy and intelligent-technology capabilities.How to reshape the finance talent cultivation system in colleges and universities through interdisciplinary integration has thus become a critical issue for advancing China's ambition to build a strong financial sector and for promoting the high-quality development of higher education.Grounded in the practical needs of disciplinary transformation in finance,this study combines policy analysis with practice-based case study to examine existing shortcomings of finance talent cultivation in colleges and universities,particularly in discipline development,program design,and curriculum implementation.It then proposes an integrated"discipline-program-curriculum"intelligent finance talent cultivation model through interdisciplinary integration.Drawing on the intelligent finance talent cultivation practice at the School of Economics and Management in Southeast University,this paper further elucidates the concrete pathways and implementation outcomes of leveraging the university's strong engineering strengths to improve interdisciplinary discipline systems,optimize program orientations,and innovate curriculum teaching models,thereby promoting the deep integration of artificial intelligence with finance education.The findings indicate that the proposed model effectively enhances students'interdisciplinary knowledge structure and practical innovation capability,offering a replicable and scalable practice framework for colleges and universities to systematically advance intelligent finance talent cultivation in support of building a strong financial sector and a leading education system.关键词
